Acceptance of Bets

wagering reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the player's account at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed after the closure of a market — whether due to match commencement, event conclusion, or technical cutoff — will be voided and the stake returned.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. wagering will notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. The fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wagering's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

When material changes are made, wagering will publish the updated terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of this document.
