Betting & Gaming Rules
Acceptance of Bets
wagering reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Self-Exclusion

Account Closure & Suspension
Player-Initiated Closure

Operator-Initiated Suspension
wagering reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or harmful purposes; the account holder has provided false information at registration or during KYC; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the welfare of the account holder or other players.
Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. wagering will notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. The fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wagering's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms
wagering reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wagering will publish the updated terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of this document.
